It is a great pleasure to announce the 19^thcongress organized by the French membrane group associated with our biophysicist colleagues from Gembloux (Belgium).  

The meeting will be held on November  5-8, 2017 in Roscoff, a beautiful city located on the French Britany, (North-Ouest cost).

The GEMXIX, international meeting, will be dedicated to the Biophysics of Membrane and Protein-Membrane Interactions in system models or in cells, from animal to plant organisms. We expect to bring together both young and senor scientists and favor discussions and exchanges to initiate new networks.

We look forward  to seeing you  in Roscoff.

The abstracts will be selected by the scientific commity for oral or poster presentations. The number of oral presentation will be limited.

Deadline for abstract submission is 8/09/2017 for oral , and 22/09/2017 for poster.

Two financial grants are available for this meeting and supported by The Group of Membrane Studies.

The grant covers the registration feesand 200€ will be added (accommodation/travel).

You may apply for grants when submitting your abstract (oral/poster) for the conference and sen your CV in Supplementary data.

The deadline is the 15th of July 2017.

The PhD award 2017 is attributed to Mme Véronique Yvette NTSOGO ENGUENE. She will give a talk during the GEM congress.
